Accredited with “A” Grade by NAAC, Kalpana Chawla College of Education for Women has teaching faculty with updated knowledge and innovative techniques to hone skills of students in various fields. We believe in power of translating ideas and dreams into reality. We believe in sharing knowledge rather than imparting. In addition to conventional “Chalk and talk method” the students and faculty have adopted latest techniques as such LCD, OHP etc.
Pedagogy-
The Teaching learning process is oriented towards all round development of students. College attempts to provide an amalgam of curricular and Co-curricular in a healthy environment conducive to develop full potential to students.
Class-room Teaching-
Formal Classroom teaching is conducted in well equipped & comfortable classrooms using latest methods. The syllabi is decided by KUK.
Self-Study-
To keep in constant touch with the changing environment, the students are required to gather information from newspapers, journal & magazines.
Assignments
The students are given assignments in all subjects on regular basis. This is accordance with their curriculum and very Important to total learning experience.
Presentation-
Students are required to make individual presentation and work together in teams which help to develop team spirit and achieve desired results. Students present their views with help of multimedia approach like LCD, OHP etc.
Seminars-
Classroom seminars are conducted where students express their views on different topics and healthy discussions are made after that.
Personality development-
The college attempts to develop all round personality of students to equip them with social skills & etiquettes to enable them to get well placed professionally, socially and personally. Regarding this a booklet entitled “ Maa Main Teri Kalpana” is given to students.
